Meet the Founder
Marcellus Alston founded Marvern Ventures to close a gap he saw firsthand: too many capable people were shut out of real estate investing simply because no one had ever shown them how it worked. He brings nearly ten years of hands-on investing experience to that mission, known for turning overlooked opportunities into high-performing assets. He built that expertise in the field — not just the boardroom — working through every stage of the investment cycle, from acquisition and renovation to long-term portfolio growth.
